Winterlicious is a food festival that has been around since 1990. It is a wonderful way to try a variety of  dishes and new restaurants in Toronto for much less than normal. There are over 200 participating restaurants to choose from. They all create Prix Fixe menus specifically for this fabulous festival starting on Saturday, Jan. 26 until Thursday, Feb. 8th.
